2008 Show Schedule
We'd love to fit you into our schedule....
November
Saturday, 11/1/08 - The Meadow , Dressage
Saturday, 11/8/08 - Saddlebrook Ridge , Dressage
Sunday, 11/9/08 - The Meadow , Hunter/Jumper
Sunday, 11/16/08 - The Meadow , Hunter/Jumper
All show dates listed are subject to weather conditions. Horse shows have the same guidelines as theatre productions: "the show must go on." Unfortunately, electronic equipment does not fare well under extreme conditions.
Likewise, be paitent with us -- the one photographer we have at the moment, Debora, is only human. She will do her very best to cover each event for as long as humanly possible. However, show days that span 12 hours -- is not humanly possible for her, so forgive us in advance. We will try to attend multiple events for each host site so that return visits may span a different period of the day. In the case of Dressage shows, if you let us know your time in advance, we will try to include that portion of the day in our plan.
If you are planning to attend a particular show and would like us to be sure we see you...please contact us! If you participate in events at a farm we don't or haven't yet visited but would like us to fit it into our schedule -- contact us!

Session versus Event
|
| |
There may be some confusion about the difference between a Session and an Event. Let us try to clarify:
A Session is an appointment agreed upon between a client and Red Horse to satisfy specific photographic objectives or to serve as creative consultation for a project. In these cases the client and Red Horse have a contractual agreement; there is a fee involved.
An Event is when Red Horse attends a public function, such as a 4H Horse Show and follows the various classes throughout the day. There is no fee expected or requested of anyone attending such events.
However, Red Horse would expect to be paid a fee at an Event if an individual were to request more personal photographs outside the arena, i.e. portraits of the horse, horse and rider, particular images for a horse for sale -- well, you get the idea.
As always, we encourage you to contact us at any time with any questions, concerns or comments. We strive to provide the best service to our clients and with your input and feedback we will become better at doing just that!
